Learn how to access your Salesforce account. How do you log in to Salesforce and who do you go to for questions? Learn the basics of logging in to your Salesforce account and a few things you should know before getting started.
- [Instructor] Okay, let's talk…about accessing your account.…The one thing I want you to remember is that…your Salesforce administrator is the person…who sets up your account.…This person is someone in your company,…not at Salesforce.…So if you're in a large company,…this might be a dedicated role,…but if you're in a small company,…this could be your sales manager.…But this is the person who sets up your account.…So if you have any questions or any problems…with your account, you want to find out…who your Salesforce admin is before you do anything else.…
Your Salesforce admin will setup a new account for you…and you will get an automated email…from Salesforce with your information.…Your email address will be your username or login…and you will receive a preset password…which you will be required to change…the first time you log in.…One thing to note is that Salesforce will require…you to change your password every few months.…So if your the kind of person who likes to use…the same password for everything, keep that in mind.…
