- [Instructor] Do you know about all the hidden resources that Salesforce has to offer? Or are you using search engine to try to solve your toughest Salesforce dilemmas? Salesforce has some great resources that you may not even know about, but that can be extremely useful for getting the answers you need. First, check out trailhead.salesforce.com. Trailhead has learning paths for almost every product and feature in Salesforce. It's a great place to find information that's explained in a really simple way. Second, check out Salesforce user groups. Those can be found at events.salesforceusergroups.com. These are local groups, affinity groups, and even student groups. They are groups created by the users themselves, so when I have a really tough time with questions, this is where I usually get answers. Third, check out some of my additional courses.
