- [Instructor] An important piece of data management in Salesforce is making sure that you're backing up your data, and Salesforce provides the capability of preforming a weekly automated backup. So, if you search for the word export, under Setup, you'll see the Data Export under Data Management. So, if you click on Data Export, you'll see if you have a scheduled export, it would display here. And so, we can either select to export all of our data now or schedule an export. So, I'm going to show you how to schedule an export of your data. And when I refer to an export of your data, I'm referring to all of your account records, contact records, that sort of thing. And so, you can set the export file in coding, and usually it's just a good idea to leave that the default of the ISO-88590-1. You could also do Unicode, or UTF, or Japanese, et cetera, but I'm going to leave that the default. You can include images, documents, and attachments.
