- [Instructor] If you are a sales manager, one of the reports you most likely want to create is a report that shows each of your sales reps and their pipeline. This is an important report since it will show you how your sales reps are doing and assist you in creating forecasts in the future. Let's take a look at how to create one. I'm going to create a new report and this is going to be a basic opportunity report. Now you'll see I have quite a bit of information here. If I scroll to the right, you'll see that my sales reps are listed here, under Opportunity Owner. Now, I can also delete some of these fields. So if, for example, I don't need to see age, I can remove that. So this is simple drag-and-drop. I can take Opportunity Owner up here and add additional filters. For example, if I only want to see Violet's opportunities, I can click OK and I'm just going to see Violet's here. Now, I can save this as Violet's individual report by clicking Save.
