- [Instructor] If you are using Salesforce regularly…you will be regularly completing tasks.…So let's review how to complete a task…and to also set up a follow up task.…So I'm on my home page now…and I can navigate to all of my tasks…by clicking View All here.…And you'll see, I have an overview task right here…that was due yesterday…that has a little red highlight on it.…So you'll see if I just click here…it shows up on the right with the details.…Now, to complete this task, it's super easy.…All I need to do is click the check marks here.…
And that crosses it out.…And you'll see right here, the status has been…changed to completed.…Now if I want to add any notes here…I can…go down here, and I can write some notes…if I want to.…But if I hit Refresh here…you'll see that no longer comes up on my tasks.…Now, if I wanted to create a follow up on a task…I would simply click into the task.…And right here on the right…there's Create Follow Up.…This is a little bit different if you've used…Salesforce Classic in the past.…
