- Alright, we're in the Activity Management and Collaboration section of the exam, and anytime you see the word collaboration, just know that Salesforce is talking about Chatter. Chatter may eventually be renamed as Collaboration, and you'll see that in the interface, sometimes it'll say Collaboration or Collaborate instead of Chatter. So rest assured, if you see the word Collaborate or Collaboration on the exam, they're talking about Chatter. And I'm going to show you how to do Chatter in Salesforce as an administrator and how to enable that, and how to provide greater functionality with Chatter so that you can collaborate with your coworkers. I also get into Activity Management. That's where we get into tasks and events, that's known as Activity Management. It's also another part of Salesforce that is often confused by newer admins, and so we're going to delve into the nuances of that as well, so let's get into Activity Management and Collaboration in Salesforce.
