- [Instructor] Okay, let's talk about Salesforce Chatter. And so, you'll notice if you're on your Home tab, there's this thing called a Chatter Feed, which you can either show or hide. If I click on Hide Feed, it no longer takes up any real estate and I get right to my Calendar and Tasks. But if I want to show my Chatter Feed click on Show Feed, and this shows any posts recently, such as here I've created a public group, and I changed my title previously. And so, you can share an update with your coworkers in Chatter, and you can do @Mentions and that sort of thing. You can also have followers on Chatter. It operates similarly to Twitter, and it's only accessible though, to those inside of your Salesforce org, and it's a way to follow records to discuss opportunities, or contacts, or various records, and that sort of thing. And it's a way to do communication where everyone has visibility, and so communications aren't stuck inside of email, but you can follow the latest updates on an…
