- [Instructor] Okay let's talk about influential campaigns and this is probably one of the more complex topics that we're going to cover because it encompasses several different objects in Salesforce at the same time. It has to do with not only the campaigns object, but also deals with opportunities as well it has to do with the contact roles on an opportunity, so we're dealing with three different objects of Salesforce between contacts, opportunities, and campaigns and in order to assign campaign influence, the purpose behind that is to allow marketers to measure and report on multiple campaigns that have influenced a single opportunity. And influential campaigns can be associated to opportunities manually or automatically, so the members of a campaign that are contact they're also associated with opportunities via contact role.
