- [Instructor] Are you scrambling each week to run multiple Salesforce reports? Don't fall into the trap of manually pulling reports in Salesforce when they can easily be automated and emailed to you. Let's take a look at scheduling a report now. So I'm going to navigate over to the reports area, and I can see there are recent, created by me. I want to look at all reports. Let's say in this example, I want to get an opportunity report for everyone and send that to my manager or to the executive team. So I have a report here called AllOpportunities, and I'm going to hit the Subscribe button here, and let's say I want this to go out on Friday at 10 a.m., and I'm not just going to send that to me. I'm also going to send that to my manager. So I could just type in their information right there. And I just need to hit Save. So now it says you started a report subscription. So now every Friday at 10 a.m., I will receive that report. Now, I could easily do that for any report that I have in…
