- [Instructor] Let's examine the integration between LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Sales Force, beginning with information from the LinkedIn member profile that we would find if we were looking at leads or contacts. I'm going to begin with a lead that I have a fair amount of information for, that's my friend Aaron Quigley, and as I open up Aaron's lead in Salesforce, notice that this section has tabs. Activity, details, chatter, and news, and whether I'm looking at opportunities, leads, accounts, or contacts, I will find the information that's returned from Sales Navigator on the details tab. So as I click details, Salesforce is reaching out to Sales Navigator and pulling in what it thinks might be Aaron's LinkedIn member profile.
