- [Instructor] This integration between Linked In Sales Navigator and Salesforce is impressive and incredibly helpful for sales folks. We really get two types of functionality. First we get Linked In Sales Navigator for Salesforce, an app, or a widget, that will be enabled by our Salesforce admin. Most organizations will also enable some type of CRM sync for Sales Navigator. The app allows us to search Linked In directly from Salesforce and to view Linked In information from Salesforce leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities. The app also lets us use Linked In features that we normally open up another browser window to use. For example, we can send In Mail and messages, find lead recommendations, view account job changes and news, all without ever leaving Salesforce, simply using this integration app. Now let's add synchronization.
