- [Instructor] During the sales lifecycle, understanding how our buyers interact with your content is key for continued relevant engagement. When you send your sales pitch via email, it's hard to know just whom else that message is going to, and in some cases, whether it's even been read at all. That's why PointDrive will be your best asset throughout the sales process. PointDrive improves the way that sales professionals engage buyers with personalized outreach.
Let's look at PointDrive. So from here, we can see presentations and insights. If you are on an enterprise or a team contract, you will also see Team Presentations. Now, you can win as a team by sharing successful presentations that colleagues on your sales navigator contracts can copy and customize for their own buyers. But how do you create a new presentation? Very simply, you will see that your corporate logo, as well as your LinkedIn profile information has been pulled into the PointDrive, branding this for you.
You can change your background, add a title, and then add all of your content. Let's take a look at an existing point drive, so you can see just what it looks like. We'll go into Preview mode, so we can see what our buyers will see. Here, I can target my key prospects and clients with a branded presentation that reflects my organization, as well as my sales pitch. You can insert multiple pieces of content, so sales attachments, videos, presentations, PDFs, URLs, and as we can see, maps.
You can continually add new assets to keep buyers engaged throughout the deal cycle. This is a great way for you to avoid email bounce backs when sending multiple attachments. Now, let's think through activity. As I can see here, I have a button labeled Stats. Now, because this presentation has already been sent out, I can get some insight into what pieces of content is resonating with my buyers. So, PointDrive Insights, they allow you to track engagement, as well as gauge buyer intent.
That way, you can follow up more effectively. Insights provided include the fact that the recipient clicks the link to the PointDrive, the number of times the recipient clicked the link, and the amount of time the recipient spent viewing the PointDrive content. These insights highlight when new or unknown buying committee members are involved. And those new viewers, they could be decision-makers or influencers. You can now engage in a timely manner with relevant information based on your buyer's engagement.
PointDrive allows you to target the right buying committee through rich tracking capabilities. You will be given insight into what buyers value by seeing what content they are reviewing. And you can engage buyers with personalized outreach throughout the sales lifecycle. PointDrive is your partner in targeted branding.
