What you should know
- [Instructor] To get the most out of this course, I need to assume that you have some familiarity with SQL Server Databases. Specifically, you should feel comfortable with connecting and authenticating with a server instance, accessing individual databases, and the basics of writing Transact-SQL queries to retrieve records from the database. Since the majority of this course will cover formatting and presenting data in reports, not on the storage of data in a database server, a general understanding of relational database structures and table relationships will also be helpful. If any of that sounded like gibberish to you, consider starting with my SQL Server 2019 Essential Training Course first. Afterwards, you'll have everything that you need to start building reports.
