- [Instructor] When you create a new SQL Server data tools project in Visual Studio, a number of different things happen. I want to focus your attention on the window on the right hand side of the screen called the Solution Explorer. This is basically a catalog of all the different files that make up your project, the most important of which being the actual SSIS package that'll be executed by SQL Server. It's this file right here called package.dtsx. This file is currently open in the main portion of the screen. You can see the name here across the tab there. Now there's a number of different things going on in the Solution Explorer. So let's take a look by starting here at the top. The top level item is called a solution. Solutions are containers that can hold several different projects, which is useful organizing related business applications together. You can add another project to the solution by right clicking the solution line, pointing to add and choosing new project. That'll…
