Here's a couple of course suggestions that'll help you out with the next steps. First, SQL Server 2017 brings some great new features to the product's functionality. Take a look at my course, SQL Server 2017: What's New, to get up to speed on installing in Linux, working with Python scripts, and leveraging the new graph database support. Next, to get a deeper dive into how to develop databases in SQL Server, I'd highly suggest my four-part series on database foundations.
