- [Instructor] In this section, we're going to dive deeper into Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. First thing I would like to show is in object explorer, if we expand this out as wide as we can, we see that connection provides additional information. So it shows me, not only the name of the SQL server I'm connected to, but also what version it's running and that I'm connected as the user Martin Guidry. I can connect to multiple SQL instances at the same time. If I go to connect, I'll have the option for database engine and this will provide the same interface as when I first started management studio. I can connect to a different SQL server, or I can connect to the same one using a different account. And now we see I'm connected to the same name, same version, but using a different account.
