- [Instructor] Having official documentation at your fingertips will be invaluable as you start your journey into learning SQL Server. You can find the docs for SQL Server 2019 by visiting this URL. I highly recommend that you bookmark this page, as the documentation resources here will be extremely helpful as you continue to learn the inner workings of SQL Server and the language that you'll use to interact with the server, Transact-SQL. There are several different products underneath the SQL heading. For this course, we're mostly concerned with either the On-premises version of SQL Server on Windows or on Linux. The other option that we see prominently here on the screen is for Microsoft's cloud hosting platform, Azure. This is where you can deploy SQL Server instances on their hardware in the Cloud, rather than on computers that you own yourself.
