- [Instructor] Support for Python isn't automatically installed with the basic installation of SQL Server, but it's easily added as part of a custom configuration, or you can add it on top of an existing installation. I'm running the Developer edition of SQL Server 2019 on Windows, but as long as you're using any version after 2017, you should be able to follow along to add the required components to your instance. When I set up SQL Server on my machine, I simply performed a basic install, so let's start up the SQL Server Installation Center and add the machine learning functionality. To do that, I'll come down to the Start menu, and I'll find the SQL Server program group. Inside of here, I'll find the icon for the SQL Server installation center. It's the icon with the cardboard box. I'll allow it to make changes to my computer, and that'll bring up the Installation Center window. From here, I'll switch over to the…
