Deploying SSIS solutions

In this section, we're going to talk about deploying a SQL Server integration services solution. First I'll open the project we've been working on, the reseller package project. And with this open, and the toolbar in the top. We see the green play button that we use to run it, and right next to that we see the word development. We have been running this in development mode. If you'd like to go to the configuration manager, you can create a new mode. People sometimes have different settings for development, testing and production Those different modes might have different connection strings. Different usernames and password for the different databases and different logging. But for now, we are just going to deploy our development package. So I'll close that and off the build menu, I'll say, build package. In the very lower left corner, we see the phrase build succeeded. So now I'm going to go look at that.
