- [Narrator] I'm going to continue working on the sales summary by month report and add a chart so that we can view both the data table and a graphical representation of the data right in the same report. Let's switch back into design view, and on the insert tab, in the data visualizations group, we'll find the chart options. Clicking the drop-down menu, we'll see we have a chart wizard, and we can insert a chart manually. Let's use the wizard. Just like with a table, we need to pick the data set that we want to use or create a new one. I'll use the data set that's feeding the table that's already in the report. It looks like I didn't save a name for it, it's just called data set number one. But I can see it's pulling the total sales, tax collected, transaction year, and transaction month columns.
