Connect to flat file data sources

- Lots of scientific and machine-learning data is stored in flat files, such as CSV or comma-separated values files. It should be no surprise by now that immigration services has a dedicated connection manager for bringing in these types of data files into your packages and data flows. To get started, I'll right-click in the Connection Manager tab at the bottom of the data flow design surface. From here, you can choose New Flat File Connection or the regular New Connection option. If you choose New Connection, that'll allow you to either create a single flat file connection with this option. Or you can pick multi-flat file, if you have several. I'm going to choose the Single Flat File type and press Add. Then just like with the Excel connection, we need to locate the file on our hard drive by clicking the Browse button.
