- [Instructor] If you have access to the exercise files for this course, then you can download them to your desktop as I have done here. When you open this exercise files folder, you'll see several kinds of files that are organized by the chapter and the video of each topic. There are .sav files which are SPSS data files. There are .sps files which are syntax or text commands and there are .spv files which are output files. In addition, I have some CSV and Excel files and as you scroll down, you'll find I have other data sets including information on the StateData, a data set I use in many examples, and I have a code book that explains what goes into that data set. If you don't have access to the data files, that's okay. You can still follow along by watching how I use the course files.
