- [Narrator] Before we finish our discussion of wrangling or preparing data, I want to show you two separate skills. One is about comparing subgroups and another one is about selecting subgroups or specific cases. In this video, we're going to talk about comparing groups. And this is a pretty easy function in SPSS. In fact, if you take this data set, it's the State data, and let's say we want to look at how the different personality regions compare to each other on some of these other variables. Well, if I go to the syntax file that I have here, let's do this by first seeing what everything looks like when everybody's there altogether. Let's get a bar chart. Let's see how many there are in different personality regions. I'm just going to do the Go on that one.
