- [Instructor] Now let's take a look at our simultaneous regression output. Okay, there's a lot of material here, let's start at the very top, and we see Descriptive Statistics. Now of course, we should have thoroughly explored our data before we get this long, but it can be very helpful to have these basic descriptive statistics in the output with us. Now remember that our dependent variable is measured in tons whereas all the other variables, the independent variables, are measured in acres. And as we scroll down we can see our Pearson Correlations, remember that another word for this is zero-order correlation, later on in the output it's gonna be referred by that name, it's the same number. We go further down again and we can see Variables Entered or Removed. We can safely ignore this, it's printed out by SPSS by default, but this is referring to things that will only be of issue in hierarchical or stepwise, so since we're doing simultaneous we can safely ignore that.
