- [Instructor] We're going to run a k-means cluster analysis in IBM SPSS modeler. So a couple of things for you to know. First, you should be able to find a way of doing k-means in numerous software options. You don't necessarily have to run this in SPSS modeler. Two, the stream has been provided for you, and it's simply called cluster analysis dot STR. SPSS modeler streams always end in dot STR. And then finally, the ready for cluster data file is shown here as an SPSS format file, with a dot SAV ending. But an alternate version of this data file is also being provided in the course resources, and it might be easier to use a simple comma separated version for your tool of choice, so I've given you more than one version of the data file. Let's begin. Let me go ahead and run this table so that we can see the data.
