- [Instructor] The Graphboard Template Chooser in SPSS is a great way to automatically get recommendations for the kind of visualizations that match your data. But you also have the opportunity to customize them and in fact there's some really wonderful options that may not be immediately apparent when you're using this function. Let's start by using the same demo.save data set that I've been using. And I'm going to come up to graphs and go to the Graphboard Template Chooser. And then from there I'm actually going to pick one variable. I'm going to go to Household Income in Thousands. Now, that's a single quantitative variable so it's just giving me a few options here. A dot plot, a histogram, or a histogram with a normal distribution. I'm going to click that one and hit OK. There's my chart. We get to see that it's a severely skewed distribution and you can tell everybody's kind of bunched down at the low end. Although…
