Exporting charts and tables

- [Narrator] Once you've done your analysis, and you've found something meaningful and important that you want to share with other people, SPSS gives you several different ways to do that. Now, what you do is you can, of course, share the data file and the syntax files like any other file, but you have some special options for the output files. What you need to do is, with your output file open, come up to File, and down to Export. And what you have there are several different options. You have HTML, Web Report, PDF, several different kinds of text, a Word file, and None (Graphics only). I want to start by showing you how it works as a Word file, in case you're putting this into a report. All you need to do is choose where you want it to go. It'll fill in this information based on where the output file came from. You'll need to change this last part to be the name of the Word file that you want. And when you do that and hit…
