That means that sprint times were faster…for the protein group.…So, the protein group has a mean of 9.53…with a standard deviation of 0.57,…and the carb group has a mean of 10.14…with a standard deviation of 0.39.…Remember, we're trying to test whether…there is a difference in means between the two groups.…In my Paired Samples Test output,…I can see the correct arithmetic of protein minus carb.…Looks like we have a t value of -5.81,…which is pretty far from zero,…so you should expect a low p value,…and the 2-tailed significance to p value…
