- [Instructor] When working in SOLIDWORKS xDesign, all of our files are managed and handled through the cloud. So, like we've been looking at before, we have this 3D space where all of our files live. If we want to do more management, other than moving them in and out of certain locations, we can also do things like edit their revisions, look at revisions, look at properties, export, and import. Let's maximize our viewing screen here, and go through these one at a time. So if we look at the first feature, Revision, it simply creates a new revision of your model. So I'm going to start by clicking on this edge, and adding a fillet that goes all the way around. Hit accept. I'm going to save that. And now I'm going to create a New Revision. Clicking on that, it asks if we're sure we want to create a new revision. We say OK. Revise successful. Now it brings up the Revisions tab on the right side.
