What you should know
- [Instructor] There are no major prerequisites for this course however a general understanding of computers and the Windows Operating System may be beneficial. Using Composer does require existing 3D CAD files to work with and being familiar with 3D CAD data may also be helpful. The 3D files can really be any CAD format and are not required to be SolidWorks files. Additionally, SolidWorks knowledge is not required to use SolidWorkd Composer as it is a separate and unique product. Composer is generally designed for technical documentation and communication teams. But can also be very useful for marketing and sales teams. Or anyone else within the product development environment.
