- [Instructor] Similar to the surface finish call-out inside of Solid Works. The weld symbol call-outs are pretty easy to use and we have some added functionality if you actually add a weld bead inside of your part. So, first thing let's look at this automatic weld note that I generated over here. I'm going to open up this part really quick and you can see that I've created a weld bead on this part. I'm going to go up here to the weld folder and actually delete this bead and show you how I did it. If I go to insert weldment, weld bead, I can select this edge and then this surface, I have a value down here for the weld radius and then you can also create more definition by adding in any more information related to the weld symbol. If you want peripheral any information about the field site, whatever you need to dictate that weld. Click okay. Click okay again and I've now created a weld…
