- [Instructor] For this week's tip, I'm gonna be showing you how to create a quick bill of materials from inside of Solidworks Explorer. Now if you go into Solidworks Explorer, you can see you can just go to any one of your different folders, and in this case here, I'm in this T26 folder and I've got several different parts plus an assembly there, and I'm gonna create a bill of material of these parts. Now this can be a multi level bill of materials with all kinds of different parts, sub-assemblies, and so on, and it works exactly the same, but I'm just gonna start with a pretty small subset of parts and assemblies, and go from there. So anyways, get into the folder you're lookin' for, click on the assembly or any of the parts, basically the whole folder, and then come up here to the second icon over, which is called save to file. Click on that one, and I'm gonna put it here, I'm gonna overwrite this file called file list.txt, click on save, go ahead and override it if you already…
