- [Instructor] Have you heard about the path length dimension? If you haven't, it's okay. Because it's kind of hidden inside of SolidWorks and you might not know about it. And this tip is hopefully going to explain a little bit on how to use it. Now, the path length dimension is a great one to define the length of a line when it's made up by multiple curves. And if you have something like a wire or a cable and you already know how long it is. Right? And you want to then define where that parts going to go or how that wire's going to route around. You can define the length of it first which is going to define it. And then you can adjust the other constraints to make it do what you want. All right, to do that it's pretty straightforward.
