- The next thing I'd like to add to this drawing is a Bill of Materials and a Bill of Materials is going to allow me to specify which parts are in this assembly and how many of each of them there are. So to do that, let's go to Insert, Tables, Bill of Materials and we also have the option to get there right from Tables up here so over here, Bill of Materials. So two different options and ways to get there. Click on Bill of Materials and it's going to ask me to choose one of these drawing views to be the driving factor for that Bill of Materials so I'm going to choose the isometric view and you have a bunch of options here. I can choose to do only a top level and what that means if there's a sub assembly, it's not going to break it down into the individual parts that are in that sub assembly. It's only going to bring in that top level sub assembly part number. I can also break it down by individual parts. It doesn't matter which assembly or sub assembly they're in. It's just going to…
