- [Instructor] At some point in time on the exam,…you will be asked to move a component around…until it actually collides…or hits another component,…and then determine the angle,…or you might also need to make components interfere,…and then figure out how much they're interfering by.…So let me show you a couple tools we can use to do that.…So the first thing I want to do,…is show you I have this assembly fully constrained,…and I want to go ahead and release this angle…between these components right over here,…and right over here is that angle.…I'm going to go ahead and just suppress that mate,…and now I should be able to drag…these components around.…
So notice right over here,…these components are going to hit,…and I want to figure out what angle it is…between those two components.…So let's go ahead and drag this…up here a little bit higher,…and the tool I want to use…is the move component tool.…Now because if I'm just dragging the components around…on the screen, it doesn't tell me the angle,…and it doesn't allow me to turn on…
