Auto Sketch Entities for Sketch Ink

- This week's tip is going to focus in on the sketch ink toolbar; now, if you don't have the sketch ink toolbar turned on, you can easily turn that on, just like you would with any other toolbar, up here at the top of the screen. Now, I'm going to start a sketch right over here, I'm going to go on the front plane, now what I'm focusing on in this tip is the actual auto-sketch entity, so make sure you turn that one on, and make sure you choose your sketch pen. Now, of course, you can change whatever color you want under here under your pen, and the size, but it doesn't really matter because anything you draw is going to automatically be turned into a real Solidwork Sketch. Let me show you how it works. So right over here, I'm going to go ahead and draw a rectangle. And there it is; and quickly, Solidworks converts the rectangle that I drew into real sketch entities. So let's go back over here into features, let's do an extrude, let's go ahead and drag that out, click on OK, and there…
