- Continuing on with our truss structure, you can see we've got a few things that are interfering here at the top. We've got these pieces of channel which are interfering. We've already been using the Trim/Extend tool a little bit before, but let's go ahead and continue on with that. The bodies to be trimmed is going to be this one here. I'm going to choose the bodies here, and trim up to those bodies, go ahead and click on okay. That's going to cut this back here. Alright, and then the same thing over here, is I'm going to use Trim/Extend bodies, and you can do multiples at the same time as well. So the bodies to be trimmed are going to be this guy here and that guy there. And the trimming bodies are going to be this guy here and that guy there. Alright, click okay. And again, that trims it back so it looks real clean. So it really depends on how you define your structure. Really think through how the pieces of material are going to be coming together.
