Add artwork using DXF files
- [Instructor] The final thing that we're going to add, to our enclosure is some artwork. So this could be used for something like a logo, or maybe a warning triangle or something like that. We're going to add it to this top half, underneath the text and next to the vents. So let's open that top part. Start a sketch on this top face, just by left clicking and pressing sketch. And we're going to import the artwork using a DXF file. And this was a type of file, that was originally developed by AutoCAD. But now it's widely used to share 2D data, between different programs, and it can be used by solid works. Download the DXF file, and the file name is 03_06_artwork.DXF. And save it to your project folder. We're going to import this as a solid works block. So to do this, go up to tools, go down to blocks and then click on insert.
