Join David Rivers for an in-depth discussion in this video Publishing to an LMS with Articulate Storyline 2, part of Learning SCORM and Tin Can API.
- Well next up is Articulate Storyline 2,…another popular e-learning authoring software…that allows us to publish to an LMS…and be SCORM compliant.…It's done a little bit differently than Captivate,…but let's take a look.…If you have Storyline 2, go ahead and launch it…and open up the file KE Orientation.Story.…You'll find that in the chapter two folder…in the Storyline sub-folder.…Now as you can see over here on the left hand side…and currently my view, if you check out the view tab,…it's set to slide view so I can see the slides,…not just the story.…
If I scroll down, I'll see the first scene,…which is basically intro slides,…but there are several scenes including,…there it is, a quiz scene.…Scene five has the quiz and the quiz questions…and includes at the very end a results slide here.…You can see 5.9.…That's important when publishing to an LMS…and reporting scores.…So we do that by going back to the home tab.…Here's where it's a little bit different.…We don't have steps to take before we go to publish,…we go right to the publish button and give it a click…
