Use SAS to analyze your data
- Now that you know how to access, validate and manipulate data in SAS, you're ready to address what I consider to be the peak of the programming process. Analyzing and reporting on data. Analyzing your data can mean a lot of different things. For example, you might want to examine what's happened in the past. Or you might want to use complex forecasting or machine learning algorithms to predict what will happen in the future. In analyzing and reporting on data, we concentrate on summarizing data by using the SAS procedures that we touched on for data exploration. You'll also learn how to use titles, column labels, footnotes and macro variables to enhance your reports and make them more meaningful.
