Completing the analytic dataset
- [Instructor] Congratulations, we are now ready to complete the analytic dataset. But before we do that, I just wanted to remind you of the big picture that you learned in the prerequisite courses. We just prepared the analytic dataset, meaning we developed transformation code. We started by naming the first dataset BRFFS_a, and then each time we iterated the dataset, we incremented the suffix letter. So we made BRFFS_b, BRFFS_c, and so on. Now, in this movie, we will do the last iteration of that dataset where we copy the last version we have which is BRFSS_q in this demonstration to a dataset named "analytic". Then we will move on to using analytic code, or code that just analyzes the dataset, but does not edit it. In that analytic code, we will consistently refer to the dataset we are analyzing as "analytic". So basically, you do your transformation code like we just did, you make your analytic dataset, then you go make your analytic code and see how it goes. And it basically goes…
