- [Instructor] Not everyone is familiar with the modules we'll be exploring in SAP Business One. If you only work customer service or order processing, you may not know the beginning of the sales process, and depending on the type of sales person you are in your organization, you may not know about the end part of the process. Let's do a quick look at the sales process for a full sale. Fortunately, much of this process is outlined in three modules we'll be using frequently in SAP Business One. You'll start with basic information about a business partner, calling them a lead. With this basic information, you can use activities coordinated with the opportunity module to go through the customer relationship process and close the sale while recording activities, which are our customer interactions.
