- [Instructor] I've already shown you the Properties Tab as one way to customize information about a customer. Properties are only yes and no values, so they are good for report filtering but if you want a more robust report, they are very cumbersome to work with. For more than true and false, SAP Business One has user defined fields. Often referred to as UDFs. Their setup will be left to your IT department. I explain how to do that in the course, SAP Business One Reporting and Customization, which you'll find in the LinkedIn Learning Library. Let's focus on using them. OEC does not have any UDIs created. So in my demo, I created two to show you how to use them, but they will not be in your system.
