- [Narrator] There are many opportunity reports you can choose from. So if you go to opportunities, or you can actually do this in the CRM as well, and go into opportunities reports, you'll see many variations of what is known as the opportunities report. And I'm going to open up that one, and you'll see here that there is a selection screen here, and I'm going to take off all my selections and just hit OK first. And you'll see what it does, it's got the opportunity number listed over here, a name if it has one, who it is, who's the last sales employee who talked to them, the last stage, what the status is, closing percent potential amounts. So it's got most of the basic stuff here, okay? You can go back to the blue arrow and use a filter. So for example, I can use an industry filter and go in here and pick food service, and hit OK, and then hit OK again. And now I've only got the food service ones, which is the…
