- [Narrator] We've talked about backorders already and you might want to have some idea of inventory before you run into those backorders situations. You might also want to know where you have excessive inventory and some more of that. There are a few inventory reports available for you for that purpose. One you'll find in sales reports. So I'm going to go to sales and then hit down to the sales reports and click on the Backorder report and I have a clear version here so I'm just going to hit okay. There's no criteria to start this one. And you'll get a list of everything that is backordered and you can filter this to certain items if you wish so for example I'm going to go back with the blue arrow here and I'm going to do this for Lamont printers and parts. So let's do LM and there's a Lamont printer. LM and system board is the bottom one so let's choose that. So I'll just do for this and I hit Okay…
