Including My Team Rater also known as Stack Ranker, which managers can use to rank and view the ranking of their direct reports next to each other. Calibration which can be used by managers to compare and adjust the ratings of their team. 360 Degree Multirater Performance Review which can be used to solicit feedback on an employee's performance from different sources, including peers and subordinates. These features support additional HR processes, such as succession management, compensation management and personal development. Stack Ranker is only compatible with competencies not behaviors.
