- [Instructor] Beyond basic accounting and banking, there is other financial functions SAP Business One can do. One of those is track fixed assets, which can handle many of the issues with depreciation automatically. Now if you have an active system, you'll probably have this set up, but I want to go through those setup steps with you in case you don't, or want to change them. So, we're going to go to administration, and I'm going to click on there, and I'm going to go to system initialization, and in there I'm going to go to company details. And you'll see that there's a whole bunch of tabs here, and I want the basic initialization tab here. Go to the bottom, and you'll see one that says enable fixed assets. Now mine's already set. This is set only once, it will start to make new files, so it's a good idea to enable this only when everyone else is off the system. And once it's on, it will stay on. You can see it's…
