- [Instructor] You added a sales order, copying it from an open opportunity. If I picked win before I added the order, like I did with the Carpenteria stores opportunity, I've closed the opportunity. I can't modify in the stages. Let's take a look at this in the Carpenteria opportunity. So I'm going to go to Opportunity here and it happens to be the last one so all I have to do is go to the last data record. And go to Stages, and here you see it. All these stages are grayed out and I can't get in here to handle this sales quotation. So I'm going to go back over here to Summary and you'll see this is still open and these still are white, so I can actually change these. But what I'm going to start to do is I'm going to make that sales order first. And I'll do that by going to this document number and clicking the link, pulling up the sales quotation, and then using Copy to, to send it to a sales order. And there's our sales…
