- [Instructor] Everything has been shipped and billed correctly. Both Sara in Carpinteria and Nova in Chicago are happy with their purchases, and the restaurants are very busy. Back at OEC, we'd like to look at some reports to show what's happening with sales and customer service. For individual business partners, their sales analysis reports are found in the business partner. So go to the Huli Pizza Company, and we're going to look at a Carpinteria store. So I'll open Business Partners, Business Partner Master Data, make sure we're in search mode, which we are, and C314. And we'll pick up Carpinteria here as a good example. And you'll see over here, we've got an account balance and deliveries values here, but next to them, we have a little icon for graphs. I'm going to hit the account balance one first, and you get a sales analysis report by customer, detailed. And this shows you an invoice history and the amount sold.…
