- [Instructor] Once the basic initialization is done for our budget, you can begin to set up your budgets. We do that with budget scenarios. So I'm going to go ahead and close up system initialization here, and go out of administration. I'm going to go to financials, and if you go into financials you'll find that there is a folder for budget setup. And you'll see three things here, budget scenarios, distribution methods, and budget, and I'm going to go to the budget scenarios first. And before I go any further, I'm just going to show you one that's already there, which is from the 2016. And you can see there's different budgets here. And you can see the three budget scenarios. There's a main budget and you can now set up optimistic and pessimistic if you want to watch what you're doing, those are based on ratios and rounding methods, and you can change your rounding method to whatever you would like to do.
